WHAT TIME IS RESORT CHECK-IN?

Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Guests requesting an early check-in must contact the front desk for availability and approval. An early arrival fee of $25.00 is applicable for check-ins prior to 11:00 a.m.

WHAT TIME IS CHECKOUT?

Standard checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Guests requesting a late checkout must contact the front desk for availability and approval. A late departure fee of that day's half-rate is applicable if the guest would like to stay until 4:00 p.m.

Note: Late departures may not be available on high occupancy days.

DOES THE RESORT OFFER TRANSPORTATION FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT OR TO THE LAS VEGAS STRIP?

Alexis Park Resort provides complimentary airport/hotel shuttle service for arriving hotel guests, based on availability. Reservations are required for pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Guests requiring an airport pick-up may contact Guest Services at (702) 796-3300 upon airport arrival to reserve a seat on the next scheduled run. 

Passengers arriving at Terminal 3 (the international terminal) will need to go to Terminal 1 (Zero Level) for the hotel shuttle service.

Shuttle Hours: 

Airport to hotel: Daily every hour on the hour, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hotel to airport: Daily from 7:15 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.

Planet Hollywood: Every hour from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Guests requiring shuttle service for drop-off at the airport must sign up for a time at the Front Desk within 24 hours of their departure date. 

The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service, based on availability, to and from the Las Vegas strip with a drop-off/pick-up point at Planet Hollywood. Please contact Guest Services at (702) 796-3300 to schedule a pick-up or request additional information. 

DOES THE RESORT OFFER INTERNET ACCESS?

Lodging rates include complimentary wireless high-speed internet access up to 5 Mbps.  Upgraded bandwith available for purchase.  Open signal Wi-Fi is available to all resort guests in public areas to include hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, showroom, and pool area 1. 

DOES THE RESORT ALLOW PETS?

Our hotel is designated as pet friendly, and welcomes dogs up to 60 pounds—maximum two dogs per guest suite. Please read the following pet friendly policy restrictions:

1). Room type and location may be restricted to certain areas of the resort.

2). A non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 per stay (1-2 nights), $75.00 (3-6 nights), $150.00 (7 or more nights) plus tax, applies for all pets and will be added to your bill. In the event that extra servicing to the suite is required upon checkout, additional charges may apply. 

3). Please note that any repairs or for damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Damage will include replacement of sofas, chairs, mattresses, window coverings, lamps, doors, carpeting, etc.

4). With the exception of service animals, dogs are not permitted in the food and beverage outlets and are not permitted in the pool areas because of health regulations.

5). Dogs must be kept in a kennel at all times when you are away from your suite.  Dogs must not be left unattended in the room for extended periods of time.  If your pet is disturbing other guests/staff or causing damage, then it cannot be left alone and must remain in your control.  Our housekeepers will not provide daily service, where a pet is left unsupervised.

6). No barking, or off-leash activity is permitted while outdoors on resort property.  All pets must be carried, caged, or restrained on a leash.  Please do not loiter in any public building area (Lobby, Conference Center) where other guests might experience allergies to certain pets.

7). We count on you to prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive, or aggressive to other guests.  If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, resort management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations.  The resort also reserves the right to contact animal control to have a pet removed.

8). Please clean up after your pet.  We have established “Pooper Bag Stations” around the 28 and 29 buildings where improved grass spaces are available for your pets.

9). Dogs should not be left unattended in vehicles.   Leaving an animal unattended in a standing or parked motor vehicle during extreme heat, cold, or in any other manner that endangers the animal’s health or safety is against the law in the State of Nevada.  A hot summer day in Las Vegas may result in serious injury or death to your pet.

10). No cats allowed. 

WHAT IS THE CHARGE TO USE THE HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER? 

Alexis Park Resort provides free admission to the Health and Fitness Center to all registered guests. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The fitness center is open seven days per week, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Does the Resort have a Lodging Tax?

Yes. The Lodging Tax is 13.38%.

DOES THE RESORT HAVE A MANDATORY RESORT FEE?

 Yes. The Resort Fee is $13.61 per night.

Does the hotel accept packages?

Alexis Park does accept and store packages for hotel guests. Please be advised that there is a handling fee for each incoming/outgoing packages as described below.
